Mr. Jha is a veteran in designing communication for rural people and specialize in non-conventional media. He has worked on various FMCG Brands and campaigns of HIV, RCH, TB, Sanitation, Safe Water, Immunization, Pulse Polio and Hand wash.

Mr. Jha is immediate past-president of Rural Marketing Association of India and after his long innings at Ogilvy & Mather, has started Rural Campus.

He has worked with farmers, truckers, CSW, Health Service Providers, and some of his assignments have been with State Innovations in Family Planning Services Project Agency (SIFPSA), National Rural Health Mission, National Aids Control Organization, Futures Group, Janani, TCIF, Naandi Foundation etc.
