Mr. Vidyarthi is currently working as India Brand Leader - Construction Equipment business for CASE New Holland India, a part of $30bn fortune 500 CNH group.
Before joining CASE New Holland India, Mr. Vidyarthi was heading JCB India Limited as Associate Vice President & Head – Marketing & Digital Innovations, headquartered in Ballabgarh, Haryana, India. Mr. Vidyarthi joined JCB India in 2001 as a Manager at Ballabgarh.
In over 25 years of rich work experience, he has worked with JCB India Limited, Honda Siel Cars India, Grindwell Norton Limited, NBC Bearings and Indian Rayon in the fields of Marketing, Sales, Dealer Development, Procurement, Logistics, Parts, R&D and Power House Maintenance.
He started and successfully led Rural Business Vertical for JCB for almost a decade. Under his leadership, the business from Rural vertical grew multifold. He also pioneered the concept of Rural Growth Centers in JCB and also lead the virtual rural network project. He also had worked on Strategic and Business Development functions for India, SAARC and Africa markets. He is closely associated with CII for Rural and Municipal Solid Waste Management initiative and Indian Construction Equipment Manufacturers Association (ICEMA).
Mr Vidyarthi was awarded with Leadership Award in 2017 by RMAI. And in year 2015 and 2016, Mr Vidyarthi was recognized amongst India’s top 50 most influential Rural Marketing professionals by CMO Asia. He also won the Marketing Influencer Award by DMAi in 2018. Mr Puneet Vidyarthi is B.Tech. (Mechanical, 1992) from HBTI Kanpur and MBA (Marketing, 1998).
