Sanjay Panigrahi

Mr. Panigrahi's passion, expertise and experience involve growing businesses, developing organisational ecosystems, and building talent and organisational culture. In the last 28 years, he has handled leadership roles in Business Development, Sales and Marketing, TQM and HR across Consumer Products and Services Sector in FMCG and ICT enabled eCommerce domains, both in the urban and rural diaspora.

Prior to Pidilite, Sanjay was responsible for turning around Srei-Sahaj, strengthening the Amul brand in India and building a Quality Management and HR culture across the Amul ecosystem, which today makes it the largest food brand. In his earlier stint at Pidilite as Chief Sales and Marketing (Consumer Products), Sanjay devised and executed strategies for growth including introduction of new segments, new products/new variants, implementing serious consumer activation programs and a series of highly successful sales force and marketing employees’ engagement development programs.

After four successful years, he was handpicked by the MD to work on key Sales and Marketing Systems and Processes across the four Business Divisions of Pidilite with the Business Heads.

Sanjay holds a Certificate in Quality Management in Dairy Products Marketing from AOTS and a Certificate in Dairy Marketing from Cranfield University. He is a Chemistry Hons Graduate followed by a Bachelor in Law before completing his MBA from IRMA.
